A huge “thank you” to Gary and Denise White who got the entire blog idea going and offered excellent advice and input. Also to Anthony and Audrey Punt who will be guiding the blog as it goes forward. You four are a blessing!
A huge thank you for all of you who prayed for my time in Bethel, as I taught a week long course on Christian Life.

One of the seminary students at Bethel drove there a snowmobile in 18 miles each way to go to school! I told him that he is my superhero!

We had an incredible time in the word of God. The students had it in their hearts to learn. On the left is the president of Alaska Bible Institute. His name is Eric Roseboom and he was part of our church when he was a young man.

While in Bethel, I met up with Sabra Hoffman who as a young child used to attend Beth and I’s church.Right now she works as a school counselor in Alaskan native villages. What a nice young lady.

We met some new friends while in Bethel. I don’t know who that crazy man is on the right?

We gave Howard treasures from world missions. These treasures had the Yupic language saying Bible verses and singing songs. There were an incredible blessing to the students.

Baby, it’s cold outside!

Erik and I went ice fishing with the Yupik natives. We got skunked!

Oh it was so good to be home again and be with my wife who had gone through the earthquake.
